2005 Royal Winter Fair

Bar 5 SA Harrach 801P is declared “The Grand Champion Bull” at the 2005 Royal Winter Fair!!! Yes, The King of Density ( 319), The Monster of Meat (1620 AYW) & The Demon of Depth (6.3 Frame score) was noticed by all as he stepped into the Show Ring, to be presented in front of Canada’s Most Senior Simmental Judge, Mr. Barry Labatte of LaBatte Simmentals of Gladmar, SK. Many could not take thier eyes of him as he circled the ring. When he came out for Grand, he stood alone is complete Depth, Muscle & Overall Balance.

What happened last year, you ask? Click here to view the 2004 Grand Champion Royal Bull, “African Thunder” – owned by Car-laur Simmentals, Carl & Ben Wright. He is a Kator sire line, Fullblood bull sired by a son of Bar 5 SA Ibbarroo 405J. This Bull also won Grand Bull at the NABC in London.

Reserve Grand Champion Bull – 2005 Royal was Bar 5 SA Golf 829P, Mothered by Peppi & sired by Latco Gold II - he sells in his entirety on Sat., Dec. 3, 2005 in Fleck Select 2005 !!!

Heifer Class – Aug. 1, 2004 to Oct. 31, 2004
1st place - Bar 5 SA Issa 814P - owned by Agro Zurita
2nd place – Bar 5 SA Irene II 810P – Lot 7 in the Nov. 20/05 Sale
Get of Sire -- Latco Gold II wins the Get. He has won Pretoria 2003 and this makes him truly an International sire!!!
Progeny of Dam -- Irene is the top Dam in 2005.
