BAR 5 SCARLETT 402N

Fullblood Female

BD: Jan. 03, 2003 CSA# T603780
BW: 110 lbs. AWW: 696 lbs. WT. Feb. 4, 2004 - 1098 lbs.
Bred to Bar 5 P SA Expert 826M on June 12, 2004

Notes: Mother power is the key word here - Satin/Freya & Primrose & 407L/Tosca & Beauty - throw in some Haxl, Neff, Extra Best & Horn. Is it any wonder she looks so good? Her genetics say she should, and so should her calves. Backed by the awesome Satin/Petra cow & the Freya Cow Family down the maternal line.

Bred back to the Erika son, the Polled SA 100% Fleck, adds more cow power - EVE. We have retained a full sister to 402N in the Bar 5 SM program, who is now in ET & will be bred back for a fall 2005 baby. Flushing her to 826M, so you get a full sib.

Her sire, Dynasty, mothered by the 407A Primrose daughter, has been a powerhouse the world over, and was bred right here at Bar 5, being sold in dam to LaBatte Simmentals of SK back in the fall of 1992. Carl & Jay had asked us to be part of this Ontario Weekend last year, and we are pleased to do so this year.

She is deep, smooth, double goggled and deep round sided.

402N was BIO tested on Feb. 4, 2004 and had an Adj. REA of 12.2 on an actual rib eye of 13.2 on 1098 lbs. of live weight (1.23 sq. in REA per 100 wt.), only 5 mm of backfat and 4.22 of marbling to score AA. She stands on a frame 7.6, and weighed 1098 lbs. And if she has a polled calf?

Bar 5 LADY T 205N

Fullblood Female

BD: Mar. 29, 2004 CSA# 600240
BW: 95 lbs. AWW: 637 lbs. WT. Feb. 4, 2004 - 878 lbs.
Bred to Bar 5 SA Kerl 808L on July 8, 2004

Notes: A real good heifer here. Siska & Triplicator!!! Bred back to the Pedodi son, who is the dam of Haped -- names you have heard a lot out of us for many years & will for decades to come.

A direct daughter of a son of Siska-the Prevan 437L bull, whose full brother 440L sold for $20,250 to Yankee Creek & Black Gold, and full brother Bar 5 SA Pioneer 439L is rockin' the world, & with sisters selling at $15,000 to Double Bar D in SK, a $24,200 daughter at Black Gold; a $32,000 heifer in Brazil at Zurita, a $13,500 Primal at John Van Huse in the Maritimes and one to Hernando Guerra in Mexico.

The dam, Triplicator, is the Power Cow from the great Bar 5 herd in Manitoba & mothered the dam of Bar 5 Paymaster 1334D, who we all know as "The Polled Bull" with awesome EPD power & world wide respect. The only Cow family we brought to Ontario from the Original Bar 5 herd in Manitoba .

The future? Mate her to your best Polled FB or SR bull and let her go to work, or if you want to use some SA blood, go with B Benz blood, K Kalger blood, Streik/Doorn blood, Prafekt/Bobby/Horris blood, or the well known H Horex blood. Of course, we hit her with the proven K Kerl line "Ibbie" blood. Ibbie mothered by three generations of 3 Star cows, is a maternal Powerhouse !!! We love him.

LADY T 205N was BIO tested on Feb. 4, 2004 - she had an actual Rib Eye of 9.8 on 878 lbs. of live weight (1.12 sq.in.per 100 lbs. ) to Adj to 10.1 REA sq. in. at one year, 6 mm backfat and 4.1 marbling to score AA. She is a frame 6.7, weighed 878 lbs and has pigment on both eyes & dark hooves. A nice heifer whose dam we bought from Todd& Karen Campbell of Destiny Simmentals of Meaford, in June 2001. Good genetics always come out, don't they?
