proudly consigns to the North American Showcase on October
24, 2003 in Calgary, AB…We are selling a bull,
Bar 5 SA Hero 823M, and a heifer, Bar 5 SA Pearl 832M, both
are Full SA Fleckvieh from our Donor farm in South Africa.
We are taking two Haped progeny ( H line ) out of our super
young Donor, Ru-Dev Peppi. She is K line breeding out of
B Bison dam side. She has given US two natural calves who
will entering the Donor program in SA and she is flushing
well. Peppi has a bright future.
In
our opinion the top three Maternal bloodlines in SA are
the K Kater, B Bison and M Marbot. Peppi has two of these
three in her pedigree.
The
top two power performing bloodlines in South Africa are
the Pfalzer P of the Evan line and the H Horex line of
HAPED. The sire of these two calves are H
HOREX line.
We
highly recommend to the buyers to breed back to an PFALZER
P line bull through EVAN or MAGNUM, as a performance
option with maternal power, the best of SA. The next option
we would
suggest is K Kerl line of Ibbie/Ingo. Down the road one may
use some S Streik line OF DOORN FAME and some M Marbot as
power Maternal options and for anohter performance options
the PRAFEKT P line of the Brushbrunn Bobby, MAUS and HORRIS
bulls.
