Bar 5 purchased this bull at the World Congress and will retain exculsive World Wide Semen rights. He was a a class winner at the World Congress because of his sheer muscle and powerful structure, …..but the judges didn’t use him higher as he is just too rugged and ugly to be a show bull, just The Bar 5 Kind !!!!! He is GONG “G” sire line blood, which is the most successful blood from Europe to be recently imported to South Africa. His pedigree contains the good Power of SA, but it is far enough back to make him usable on all our Donor Cows at Bar 5. You will be seeing a lot more of this young bull in the Future.

The sire of Gold II, Simlee Goldmar, claimed the Get of Sire classes, and all the sons as half brothers to Gold II were as good as him, long, thick, pigmented and big testicles. The dam of Goldmar is a three star cow from Simlee and was the mnaternal power behind the show team of Simlee this year. We feel great about our Gold II and his first calves will arrive in Jan 2004.
